Determine the loss of remained Vitamin B©û the Barley when it was washed


Abstract
In order to determine the loss of remained Vitamin Bl in the Barley when it was washed, the amount of Vitamin Bl was measured in Barley on the market and in the water in which Barley had been washed several times. Thiochrome Fluorescence method was employed for detecting of the amount of thiamine.
Nefluoro photometer was employed in the fluoroescence measurement, as the experiment result, amounts as small as 3.8/ of Vitamin B,, was remained in the Barley after washing it 5 times.
